We have a new addition to email management for our SpamSentinel customers. The basic idea is to drag a mail message into one of 3 lists to manage future emails:
1. Allowed List
2. Denied List
3. Newsletter List
New Messages will appear in the corresponding folders
1. Allowed List -> Inbox
2. Denied List -> Junk
3. Newsletter List -> Newletters (above Junk folder)
Uses:
It is so easy, no training for users is really necessary.

Here is the help file and download of the installer, which will update most mail templates, from version 5 , 6, 6.5, 7, 8 and 8.5 of Domino:

Uses:
- Any message found in Junk from SpamSentinel can be "Allowed" and it will never be blocked again.
- Newsletters can be managed and will not clutter the Inbox (a benefit for Blackberry users)
- Nuisance senders can be tagged as "Denied" and those are sent to Junk.
