Bob P. we hardly Knew Ye - But we liked Ye

At Lotusphere 2009, the showcase floor was very quiet. Our own Allison Cote was at our booth and around came Bob Picciano without an entourage. Allison did not recognize him and proceeded to tell him what she liked and didn't like about the show that year.
Bob listened graciously. When I came over and introduced them formally, Allison was a bit embarrassed about the frankness of the conversation. Bob, however, was gracious and really was listening! I guess that is because he is good at what he does and deserves his promotion.
